The headrest accessory forms a cushion, on which are fixing devices securing it to the headrest. Where there is an opening in the headrest, the cushion can have an integral elastic foot, extending rearwards and widening in cross-section as it does so. This fills the opening in the headrest and secures the cushion to it. The cushion and foot can be of plastic such as polyurethane, and there can be a covering sheet over its front surface.
