PURPOSE:To avoid that a full-time operator is detained for many hours, when data is being collected and distributed. CONSTITUTION:This device is constituted of a communication part 1 for collecting and distributing the data to plural spots, a memory part 3 for storing the data to plural spots to which it is collected and distributed and the number of cases of a communication, and a communication state, a discriminating part 4 for deciding whether the collection and distribution are executed again or not in accordance with a communication state to plural spots, a printing part 5 for printing a result of communication, and a control part 2 for controlling the communication part 1, the memory part 3 and the discriminating part, and also, instructing an output to the printing part 5.
