MANUFACTURE OF PC STEEL BAR

摘要

PURPOSE:To solue the problems in the manufacturing technique and the quality of products in a conventional manufacturing method of PC steel bars where the graphite used as a lubricant for correcting a spinner temperature in the conventional method has insufficient lubricating ability at the time of correcting temperature and the slip remaines on the PC steel bar products. CONSTITUTION:In place of the conventional graphite, a composition composed mainly of a low-melting point water soluble glass is made as a lubricant and the time to apply this lubricant to a hot rolled material is changed from a conventional front stage to a rear state in a high frequency tempering process.
