METHOD FOR PRODUCING DRY FLAVORED GRANT MEAT

PURPOSE: To provide the manufacture of dried flavor-imparted meat possessing an excellent sensory property and a distructive meat flavor over the long period of time. CONSTITUTION: Reducing sugar and a sulphur-containing material are mixed, a mixture is made to partially react by a heat processing and the mixture is added to heated meat. The obtained meat is dried and the flavor-imparted meat is manufactured. It can be used for rapid reconstitution food.
