PURPOSE:To make the receiver into an optimum receiving condition by switching the optical filter of a receiver so that the influence from peripheral lighting equipment can be minimum. CONSTITUTION:A noise level deciding circuit 6 to decide the level of a noise is provided. One optical filter 7 out of plural optical filters 7a, 7b... having respectively different attenuation quantities of a noise is selected in accordance with the level of the noise by the output of the noise level deciding circuit 6 and arranged before a light receiving element 1.
