A white electroconductive polyester composite fiber is composed of: A component of regular polyester rein, B component of modified polyester resin of ooficial water content of 2-5 %, specific electric resistance 107-1010 cm and whose occupying ratio among whole cross section is 5-20 % and whose finely-dispersed number among a cross-section is 4-8, and C component of polyester resin, whose occupying ration among whole cross-section is 5-10 %, having micro-powders, in which titanium oxides coated with tin compds. and antimony oxides coated with above compds. are mixed in 20:80 - 50:50 ratio, occupying 10-35 % among C component. This fiber features good deterrence of static occurrences and maintenance of anti-static property.
