PURPOSE:To make respective persons edit only a part allocated to oneself without the mutual interference of a content by storing justness confirmation information for respective document elements which plural persons take charge and deciding the presence or absence of the right of access for respective document elements. CONSTITUTION:A password obtained from a password input means 12 is stored in a password memory 31. When a first document element is taken charge by a document generator A, A inputs the password. When it is taken charge by a document generator B, B inputs the password. A justness recognition code is generated from the document element number at that time and a password character string. Then, the identification character string of the document element and the content of the password memory 31 are stored in a memory with document element number 34 as a series of the character string. Thus, the presence or absence of the right of access for respective document elements is decided. Thus, only the part allocated to onesefl can be edited without the mutual interference of the content. |
