PURPOSE:To hold a clear image by preventing a blur of dyestuff from occurrence for a long time by a method wherein a support having many fine holes opened in a direction actually vertical to an image receiving surface, and a thermally diffusive dyestuff acceptive material with which the fine holes are filled, are provided. CONSTITUTION:A thermal transfer recording image receiving sheet thermally diffuses sublimate dyestuff coming by diffusion with heat only in a direction actually normal to a plane in the image receiving sheet, and does not diffuse it in a plane direction in the image receiving sheet. As an example of a support of the thermal transfer recording image receiving sheet, the support 1 is of a simple layer 1a. Many fine holes 2 are opened in the direction actually normal to said image receiving surface, and those fine holes 2 are filled with the thermally diffusive dyestuff acceptive material 3. A thermal transfer recording protective sheet is also as same in a mode as the thermal transfer recording image receiving sheet excepting that the thermally diffusive dyestuff acceptive material 3 is taken as an adhesive material 6. |
