PURPOSE:To miniaturize a device of preventing supercooling of thermal storage material and to prevent supercooling of thermal storage material capable of reducing energy consumed in preventing supercooling. CONSTITUTION:Spark discharge is made between a thermal storage material 7 and a discharge electrode 11 facing to the thermal storage material, the thermal storage material 7 is stimulated and is induced to undergo a phase change from a liquid phase to a solid phase. |
