The invention relates to the cooling of a modular electronic circuit breaker by a liquid. The casing (46) of each circuit breaker 5 encloses a power semiconductor element (15), and a cooling unit (48) formed by a hollow evaporation chamber (52), which can be connected to two ducts (4, 44) for distributing the liquid via rapid connecting means (54, 56, 17).
