METHOD OF EXPOSING A FLAT COLOR BRAUN TUBE

A method for exposing flat color Brawn tube is characterized by (A) closely attaching master pattern (30) to the face (40) with mediation of a photosensitive resin (50) between them and (B) irradiating the pattern with a UV lamp (10) placed at the center of hemispherical housing (20) to form a fluorescent substance pattern. The master pattern is coated with a light-shading layer consisting of epoxy resin and graphite on glass or transparent film except desired pattern part of fluorescent substance. The UV intensity is controlled by ND filter (70).
