Caked coal deposit removal system for conveyor chutes - consists of row of horizontal nozzle tubes, fastened to transfer chute walls

The device prevents formation of, and removes, caked coal deposits on conveyors, esp. on walls of transfer chutes of coal distributors, using stationary rigid or movable built-in units. These are located on the walls, and have covers, which enclose an intermediate space with the wall, and a gap with the next cover. The units consist of several nozzle tubes (6) with bores. The tubes are fixed to the wall (5), horizontally and behind each other. The flat covers (7) are fixed to the tubes, parallel to the walls, and/or there may also be plates, in or opposite to the direction of movement (24) of the coal (19), and/or vertical intermediate plates.
