PURPOSE:To enable to reduce the number of leaf springs and consequently contrive to realize a compact and lightweight device as a whole by a structure wherein a stabilizer to let torque rods carry out stabilizer function is provided at a cross tube beneath a trunnion shaft. CONSTITUTION:When the vertical displacement of right and left or front and rear wheels are uneven as occur during the turning of a car body, said displacements are transferred as vertical displacements between one axle case 28 or 29 and the axis center of the stabilizer 33 so as to apply simultaneously or independently torsional torques to stabilizers 34 and 35 in order to function as stabilizer. In this case, the rods 40 and 44 serve as stabilizer arm. In addition, when a lateral force is applied between the case 28 or 29 and the stabilizer 33, the stabilizer 33 side of the rod 40 or 44 is subjected to a force with the direction (a), which can be rotatingly absorbed by means of teeth 59 and engaging grooves 60 arranged at positions capable to absorb a force with the same direction as (a). |
