<p>PURPOSE:To lighten the burden on an engineer by automating knowledge data base structuring operation. CONSTITUTION:This device is equipped with a document input means 11, a data converting means 12, a display means 13, a correction control means 14, a storage control means 15, and a storage part 16 stored with a knowledge data base. When a document is inputted by voice from the document input means 11, the data converting means 12 automatically analyzes, segments, and converts the document to the data format matching the knowledge data base. The process and result are displayed on the display means 13 and if there is an error, the correction control means 14 is operated to correct the error. The storage control means 15 stores the final result in the storage means 16. Consequently, the data input operation is automated and the engineer can directly perform the input operation.</p> |
