PURPOSE:To provide a mold for foam molding for manufacturing a bare headrest having different hardness, which has a gentle change of hardness at a hardness boundary part of the bare headrest having different hardness, and which gives no uncomfortable feeling to a user. CONSTITUTION:In a mold wherein a partition board 36 is provided at a predetermined part on a cavity face 32 so as to be opposed to the cavity face 32 apart at a predetermined interval therefrom to divide a part of the cavity face 32 and a member having different hardness which is predetermined hardness is held by the partition board 36 between the divided cavity face 32a and the partition board, at least one groove 33 having a substantially V-shaped sectional shape is formed at the edge of the divided cavity face 32a along the end of the partition board, and cavity faces 32b on the sides facing the grooves 33 and with the partition board 36 therebetween are formed to concaved arcuate faces 39 so that one end of each cavity face 32b extends to the upper part of the partition board 36. |
