PURPOSE:To automate the procedure of the judgement of a bond, the matching of its repayment date, a cash processing, etc., to realize unmanned operation, and to prevent an illegal transaction. CONSTITUTION:A bond transaction device 10 is connected to a center device 11 through a line 6. When a user specifies a transaction account and selects transaction contents, the bond is judged, issued, and collected; when the bond is purchased, the bond is issued after the amount of money of the bond is withdrawn from the account and when the bond is repaid, the kind of the collected bond and its repayment specified date are judged and the amount of money repaid is transferred to the specified account. Further, information on the bond kind, bond number, a medium where bond repayment date, etc., and information characteristic to the user are recorded is issued, and when the bond is repaired, the information on the medium, the judgement result of the collected bond, and the characteristic information that the user inputs are compared to decide whether or not the bond can be repaid. On the medium, bond information can be recorded in addition to account information and user's characteristic information. |
