<p>PURPOSE:To increasing a movement stroke, and to miniaturize a device by arranging cassettes at a front part area and a back part area, and selectively arranging the front and back cassettes at one recording and reproducing device. CONSTITUTION:A tray device 100 is freely attachable and detachable back and forth horizontally through an opening 12 of a body of an equipment 10 which incorporates a tape reproducing function, and cassettes 200 and 300 can be arranged at the front part area and at the back part area. A rack is provided at the lower part of the side face of this device 100, and this device 100 is equipped with driving gears 23 and 24 arranged separately which are capable of being meshed with the rack, and an intermediate gear 22. Then, each of the gears 23 and 24 are dependently meshed with the rack in the maximum withdrawal state and the maximum insertion state of the device 100 respectively, and both of them are meshed with the rack in the middle of movement state. And also, the intermediate gear 22 is arranged in the middle of the gears 23 and 24, and a power is transmitted to both of them. Then, even when the total length of the longitudinal direction of the device 100 is the required minimum, the front and back movement stroke can be more than the total length of the longitudinal direction. Thus, the device 100 can be miniaturized, and the size of an entire equipment can be prevented from increasing to the longitudinal direction.</p> |
