PURPOSE:To provide a coating compsn. which forms a uniform weather-resistant fluororesin coating film on the surface of a silicone elastomer to thereby prevent fouling on the surface for a long time, and to provide a method for preventing the fouling. CONSTITUTION:An isocyanate-reactive fluororesin sol. in an org. solvent, a silicon compd. having isocyanate groups and hydrolyzable groups, and a mixed solvent consisting of an org. solvent and a volatile silicon compd. are compounded in a specified ratio. |
