PURPOSE:To offer a method and equipment for efficiently cleaning in which submerged conveying is available without a failure such as scratch or pressed hurt at a polymer porous membrane. CONSTITUTION:This equipment are provided with liquid spraying drams 2a, 2b and 2c having brims 6 in cleaning liquid tanks 4 and washing water tank 5, and air spraying drums 3a, 3b and 3c are provided between tanks are having brims 7, and by this method a scratch or a pressed hurt is not inflicted on a polymer porous membrane 1 and residual solvent is perfectly removed. |
