<p>In a method of producing a settable composition for use as a building material, municipal rubbish, i.e. MHT waste material which includes paper, rags, tin, foil, plastic, or asbestos or a combination thereof, but not biodegradable material, is mixed with a binding agent such as cement, lime or a resin and water. The ratio of the MHT waste material to the binding agent may be between 0.5:1 to 6:1, by weight.</p> |
