PURPOSE:To offer an operation manual to be easily understood by an operator from an operation manual forming device by judging importance in each processing step of the manual, editing explanation data in accordance with the importance and emphasizing an important explanation sentence. CONSTITUTION:A level storing part 25 stores the level data of the importance of explanation data in each contents of operation required in each processing step stored in an instructing information storing part 21 and an edition change control part 26 changes the address of explanation data in a processing step more than a prescribed level out of addresses stored in a manual forming buffer 14 while referring the importance level of each processing step stored in the storing part 25 and changes the edition contents so as to emphasize the important explanation data included in the operation manual. |
