PURPOSE:To reduce the descriptive quantity of knowledge and to realize detail expression by expressing rule knowledge by using a graph. CONSTITUTION:The rule knowledge is expressed by taking the degree of confidence of a hypothesis on the ordinate and an event value on the abscissa, and expressing the degree of confidence to satisfy the hypothesis for an event in the graph. The input of the event by a user can be facilitated by offering a rule confidence degree graph generating means 7 for the generation of a hypothesis confidence degree graph 3 and displaying the axis of ordinate of the hypothesis confidence degree graph 3 especially when the event value is inputted. In such a case, it is possible to reduce the descriptive quantity of the rule knowledge and to realize easy knowledge expression and the detail expression. Also, the input of the event can be facilitated. |
