发明名称 SPRAYING MATERIAL FOR HOT-REPAIRING FURNACE WALL
摘要 PURPOSE:To provide the subject spraying material having excellent adhesivity and suitable for hot-repairing the refractory walls of melted metal containers such as converters, ladles and metal mixers. CONSTITUTION:100wt.% of a refractory aggregate mainly comprising magnesia clinker is compounded with 3-30wt.% (outer percentage) of the total amount comprising 1-20wt.% (outer percentage) of a thermoplastic resin powder having a melting point of <=60 deg.C and 1-15wt.% (outer percentage) of pitch powder, and with 2-10wt.% (outer percentage) of an inorganic binder, 0.5-6wt.% (outer percentage) of a curing accelerator, and 0.01-1wt.% (outer percentage) of synthetic fibers to prepare a spraying material. The spraying material is hot- sprayed on the furnace walls of steel-melting containers by the use of a dry spray, etc. The spraying material has good adhesivity, adhesive strength and corrosion resistance at the hot state, can be applied even to vertical walls, is durable against severe employments and permits to elongate the lives of the furnaces.
