PURPOSE:To print a printing sheet which follows even during a process in which the front and rear of the sheet are inverted in the perfect printing mode by setting a simulated page using a perfect printing data setting part and reading print data with a print timing set using a replacement control part. CONSTITUTION:After printing the front of a printing sheet, a setting device 13 sets the number of printable sheets as simulated pages while a printing medium 2 is inverted using a medium inverting part 9 and is again transported to a printing part 7. Before the simulated pages are deleted with specified print timing, a replacement control device 14 replaces said simulated pages with those to be deleted with the same print timing as set for print data for perfect printing of sheets that follow when entered. Further, the printing part 7 prints a printing medium 2 that follows fed from a medium feed part 1 using print data replaced. In addition, if all the simulated pages are deleted, print data at the rear of a perfect printing sheet is inverted using the medium inverting part 9 and is printed on the rear of the printing medium 2 transported from the third transport path 6 to the first transport path 4. |
