PURPOSE:To enable deodorizing processing of a large quantity of air with a higher deodorizing efficiency by eliminating leakage of ozone outside the apparatus. CONSTITUTION:Voltage is applied to generate ozone at such a level that a space (e) is created exceeding an intensity of corona discharge starting electric field between a discharge pole 1 and an opposed pole 2. An ozone decomposition catalyst 3 breathing for air to be treated is set to cover the space (e) exceeding the intensity of the corona discharge starting electric field. |
