PURPOSE:To provide a piezoelectric driver which is operated to switch a clamp with high reliability and can be easily assembled in a small size. CONSTITUTION:Elongation and contraction of clamping piezoelectric elements 4, 5 are enlarged by elastic hinges 11, 12 to be operated at terminals 2, 3, they are held between guide members 8 and a clamp is switched. The elongating and contracting operations of a moving piezoelectric element 1 are transmitted to the terminals 2, 3. The two types of the operations are conducted according to a predetermined sequence to repeat stepwise movements. |
