METHOD FOR AIRTIGHT SEALING OF ELECTRIC AND ELECTRONIC PART

PURPOSE:To perform the airtight sealing of an electric and electronic part by the injection of a resin under atmospheric pressure within a short time with high reliability and good manufacturing efficiency. CONSTITUTION:A lid body 44 is engaged with the open part of a seal container C to close said open part. A sealing resin is injected in the seal container C from the injection hole 57 formed to the lid body 44 fixedly provided to a nozzle by an injection apparatus to fill the seal container C. By this method, the sealing resin is injected in the closed space of the seal container C having an electric and electronic part P to be sealed airtightly received therein in a pressurized state by the injection apparatus to fill the whole of the hermetically closed space of the container by the injection pressure of the injection apparatus.
