PURPOSE:To improve the tube dimension accuracy, and also, to prevent the generation of a roll flaw on the surface of a tube, at the time of manufacturing a thin resistance welded tube. CONSTITUTION:In the resistance welded tube manufacturing device constituted by providing a forming shoe 12 for bending and forming successively a band plate 2, a fin pass roll 13 which is placed in the delivery of the forming shoe 12 and forms tubularly the band plate 2 bent and formed by the forming shoe 12, two sets of front and rear squeeze rolls 14, 15 which are placed in the delivery of the fin pass roll 13, and pressurize and join both edges of an open tube stock formed tubularly by the fin pass roll 13, and a welding machine 16 which are placed between two sets of squeeze rolls 14, 15 and melts both edges of the tube stock, the fin pass roll 13 is subjected to multi-division in the peripheral direction around a tube stock passing area, and also, constituted of freely rotatable free rolls 32, 42, and the squeeze rolls 14, 15 are also subjected to multi- division in the peripheral direction around the tube stock passing area, and also, constituted of freely rotatable free rolls 32, 42. |
