<p>PURPOSE:To provide a multiaxle driver which provide highly accurate synchronized driving even under nonstationary state. CONSTITUTION:The multiaxle driver comprises a plurality of motors M1, M2 for rotary driving a plurality of drive shafts 1, 2 synchronously, an encoder for detecting the rotational state of the driving shaft, and a rotary driving pulse signal generator. Furthermore, motor control circuits 3, 4 receiving the rotary driving pulse signal and a detection pulse signal from the encoder as a feedback signal are provided for respective motors. Each of the motor control circuits 3, 4 comprises a PLL control section and rotary angular phase matching sections 33, 43 wherein control loops for the rotary angular phase matching sections 33, 43 are formed in order to match the phases of the driving shaft to be synchronized upon turn ON of power thus matching the position between the driving shafts 1, 2.</p> |
