<p>PURPOSE:To provide an image display method that leaves a position of the starting point of a scroll behind on a display screen, thereby making it checkable when a display range is scrolled. CONSTITUTION:A cathode-ray tube makes its display range scrollable in both vertical and horizontal directions and crisscross directions according to a designating means, and when picture drawing and designation of the range are performed beyond the display range by the designating means such as a mouth or keyboard or the like, it is so constituted as to display (61, 62, 63) display image information ranging from a starting point (a) to an ending point of a scroll after compressing it in the display screen 60.</p> |
