PURPOSE:To obtain transfer recording, in which no variable density unevenness is generated on a transfer surface and which has excellent picture quality, by containing silicone oil, the mean quantity of modification of which is specified to 1mol modifying group, in a heat-resistant lubricating layer. CONSTITUTION:A thermal transferring coloring material layer is formed onto one surface of a base film, and a heat-resistant lubricating layer is formed onto the other surface, thus acquiring a sheet for thermal transfer recording. Modified silicone oil having the mean quantity of modification of 1500g or less as oil weight containing a modifying group to 1mol modifying group is comprised in the heat-resistant lubricating layer. The coating surface of the heat-resistant lubricating layer is improved and transfer recording, in which no variable density unevenness is generated on a transfer surface and which has superior picture quality, can be obtained in the sheet for thermal transfer recording. |
