PURPOSE:To provide a heat exchanger pipe of which manufacturing may easily be made and having a better efficiency of thermo conductivity which may be utilized in a solar energy type flat plate heat collector etc. by a method wherein a substantial U-shaped groove is formed in a metal thermo-conductive plate, a thermo-conductive pipe is inserted into the groove, and a thermo-conductive plastic material is filled between the pipe and the groove. CONSTITUTION:Heat conductive plate 2 having an opening A not covering an outer circumference of the pipe 1 is arranged at the outer circumference of the pipe 1, thermo conductive plastic material 3, for example, concrete, gypsum etc. are filled in the opening A and a clearance between the pipe 1 and the thermo conductive plate 2. With this arrangement, it is possible to produce a light weight heat exchanger pipe assembly of which manufacturing may easily be performed and having a better thermal conductivity. |
