PURPOSE:To improve the working efficiency to the requests for data given from plural users by completing the processing for each reading unit and to use the data in sequence. CONSTITUTION:The data are inputted (11) through an input means and stored (12) by a storage means. When a request is received from a user for the data, a reading means reads (13) the data out of the storage means for each reading unit. A data deciding means decides (14) the presence or absence of the read data. Then the data are edited (15) by an editing means, stored (16) in a buffer, and transmitted (17) to the user through a transmission means. Then the processing is complete when the absence of the read data is confirmed. |
