CONSTITUTION:The chair is constituted so that a human body detecting means 2 for detecting the existence of a chair user is provided on a chair 1, and an air blower 5 for blowing out cold and warm air from a blowout port 6 provided on a desk 3 is controlled through a control apparatus 7, based on information of the human body detecting means 2.
