<p>PURPOSE:To provide the tape loading mechanism of a magnetic recording and reproducing device capable of preventing the increase of the tension of a tape in the process of a loading operation. CONSTITUTION:By using the mechanism of the transmission of driving force for moving a first and a second guiding post members 13, 9 as the mechanism 45 of the switching of shift the timing of this movement in a supplying side and a taking-up side, the first guiding post member 13 of the supplying side is loaded after the second guiding post member 9 of the taking-up side loaded previously.</p> |
