PURPOSE:To manufacture efficiently a hollow bag, by a method wherein two sheets of resin films are extruded thicker by a part corresponding to a mouth part and simultaneously with joining of both resin films in a baggy state to each other a mouth part is formed. CONSTITUTION:Resin films 24a, 24b which are thickened by a part corresponding to a mouth part of a hollow bag are extruded and simultaneously with placing of them inbetween molds 18, 20 a mouth part molding pin is inserted into the mouth part of the molds 18, 20. The resin films are stuck to each other at the fringe part of the mold other than recessed parts 18a, 20a. Since recessed parts 18a, 20a are cooled by cooling air injected through a nozzle of a mouth part molding pin and made into a pressurized state, the first resin film 24a and second resin film 24b are pressed respectively against a recessed part 18a and recessed part 20a sides and they are not stuck to each other. Therefore, continuous manufacturing of a hollow bag possessing the mouth part through the T die becomes possible and production efficiency is improved drastically. |
