PURPOSE:To ensure the strength of a concrete product obtained by adding water to a blend of a cement with an utralightweight fine aggregate, a urethane resin, a foaming agent, etc., and provide easy deformability by blending the aforementioned components. CONSTITUTION:The above-mentioned cement composition is formed from a blend composed of a cement (e.g. portland cement, alumina cement or blast furnace cement), an ultralightweight fine coarse aggregate, a urethane resin and a foaming agent (e.g. gaseous carbon dioxide, Freon(R) or methylene dichloride) and a phosphate. The blending ratios thereof are, e.g. 100 pts.wt. cement, about 0.5-0.6 pt.wt. aggregate, about 0.35-0.45 pt.wt. urethane resin, about 0-0.2 pt.wt. foaming agent and about 0.15-0.25 pt.wt. phosphate. Water is then added thereto so as to provide about 55-65 ratio of the water: cement. Thereby, the strength and easy deformability of the objective concrete product obtained by hardening are ensured. |
