<p>PURPOSE:To suppress a foot ball phenomenon in which a center is thick and a periphery is thin and to eliminate foams in a prepreg in a manufacture of a multilayer printed board by heating and press-bonding. CONSTITUTION:A multilayer printed board is manufactured by preparing a chamber 10 having a vacuum mechanism, an inert gas circulating mechanism, and a hot pressing mechanism, placing a printed board material 9 in the chamber, heating and pressurizing by a hot pressing mechanism 20 in high vacuum under a high pressing pressure at a high temperature until a prepreg of an inner layer of the material 9 is melted, and solidifying, after melting, by supplying inert gas of a supplying mechanism 16 under high pressure at a high temperature by low pressing pressure.</p> |
