PURPOSE:To provide a projecting type automobile headlamp difficult to deform due to external force and possible to solve the problem for the heat resistance of a lamp body corresponding to a projecting unit forming a heat source. CONSTITUTION:In a projecting type automobile headlamp in which a light projecting unit 20 in which a light source 24, a nearly elliptic reflecting mirror 22 and a projecting lens 27 are integrated is received in a lamp chamber formed of a lamp body 10 and a front lens 18, and an opening part 11 for light source attachment and removal is formed on the back wall of the lamp body 10, swollen parts 13, 14 partially projecting backward are formed around the opening part 11 for light source attachment and removal on the back wall of the lamp body 10. |
