PURPOSE:To provide a document preparing method capable of easily and effi ciently generating a large number of same documents by providing a equal print function which divides a sheet of paper into equal areas, and prints the same document in the center of each divided area. CONSTITUTION:When an instruction to perform a print operation is issued from a keyboard 2, print data formed by, dividing the same page into equal areas and developing the same document data in the center of each area is generated based on document data on which an equal print mode is set and that generated by the format of the data, and it is stored in memory 9. The print operation of equal print mode which divides a sheet of preset size into the areas and prints the same document data in the center of the area is executed by a print control part 6 based on the print data. |
