<p>PURPOSE:To enable the correction of variations in measured values between spectral analyzers attributed to a machine distance to be executed by adjustment from outside. CONSTITUTION:Absorption spectrum of a sample is calculated by a spectrum computing means 11 based on a transmission light obtained from the sample by a spectroscopic means 2 and multiplied by a correction factor K to correct. The absorption spectrum thus corrected is put into a Lambert's law by a quantitative computation means 12 to calculate amount of components contained in a sample to be measured while a coefficient setting means 22 is operated from outside thereby enabling the setting of the orrection factor K.</p> |
