PURPOSE:To enable the subject production of a high-purity acidic oligosaccharide without generation of by-products due to decomposition of glucuronic acid at a low raw material cost. CONSTITUTION:A glucuronide saponin is hydrolyzed by using glucuronidase capable of directly hydrolyzing a glucuronide linkage part of a glucoside having a sugar chain in which glucuronic acid is directly bonded to a hydrophobic aglycon. |
