摘要

PURPOSE:To realize shortening of inspection time necessary for automation of a visual inspection process in a production line by scanning the entire surface of a printed circuit board by a laser light to introduce reflected scattered light to a position detecting means with a reflection mirror. CONSTITUTION:A printed circuit board 101 is scanned two-dimensionally over the entire surface thereof by a laser light 106 being moved with a conveying means 103. The scattered light reflected from the circuit board 101 is reflected with a reflection mirror 110 to be focused onto a position detecting element 112 through a condenser lens 111. An image computation processing means 114 performs a computation to convert a photocurrent signal 113 inputted at a timing of a synchronous signal to a height data and a brightness data of the circuit board 101, a part 102 mounted on the circuit board and a soldered part thereof and the results are outputted to a brightness judgment processing means 115 and a height judgment processing means 116. The means 115 calculates a ratio between bright and dark parts of the soldered part by a mask data from a mask memory means 117 to judge the propriety of the soldered part. The judgment results are outputted to the means 116 and a comprehensive judgment processing means 118.
