PURPOSE: To provide a marine apparatus including a propulsion unit without needing to reinforce a stern beam member. CONSTITUTION: A marine apparatus comprises a boat hull including opposed longitudinal members 26, 30 extended generally in the fore and aft direction, and opposed wall parts 42, 46 formed at the rear ends of the longitudinal members 26, 30; and a mounting bracket 74 connected to the wall parts 42, 46 to support a propulsion unit for pivotal movement relative to the boat hull around a generally horizontal axis. Hydraulically operated assemblies 202, 206 are pivotally fixed between the wall parts 42, 46 and the mounting bracket 74 so as to have no influence on a stern beam member. |
