PURPOSE: To provide an antiresonant suspension device for a helicopter, interposed between a rotor and a fuselage in order to limit and eliminate stress and moment generated from the rotor. CONSTITUTION: A speed reducer 1 is provided in a housing mounted on a fuselage 22 by rigid oblique bars 28. Monodirectional antiresonant means 20, 21, 23, 23a, 23b, 25 at the upper end connection parts of the rigid oblique bars 28 are provided in the same number as the rigid oblique bars 28 around the housing of the speed reducer 1.
