<p>PURPOSE:To input the organization name component without using a KANA (Japanese syllabary) to KANJI (Chinese character) conversion by executing a retrieval/editing processing of the contents of a storage device in which the organization name component and its parcentage information are registered. CONSTITUTION:In an organization name component hard disk 104, a tree structure consisting of parentage is constituted and stored. At the time of inputting an organization name, that of the uppermost level of an organization name component is displayed as a selected candidate on a display 106, and selected by a keyboard 102. Subsequently, the organization name component in which the selected element is a parent is displayed on the display 106 and selected, and therefore, the same processing is repeated to the lowest level. In such a way, the organization name can be inputted without utilizing a KANA (Japanese syllabary) to KANJI (Chinese character) conversion.</p> |
