摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a microwave dielectric porcelain compsn. having such a practical temp. coefft. as -1 to +12ppm/ deg.C and superior performance balance and maintaining high Q and a high relative dielectric constant. CONSTITUTION:BaO.4TiO2 (BaTi4O9) is used as a base and SnO2 is incorporated into the base by >0-5wt.% to obtain a microwave dielectric porcelain compsn.
