<p>PURPOSE: To obtain an electric machine in which winding heads are adjacent to end plates by a method, wherein a junction box into which the ends of magnet wires and electrical connection wires are introduced in provided on at least one of the end plates. CONSTITUTION: A junction box 9 has a plurality of clamps 18. The respective clamps can accommodate the ends of magnet wires or the terminals of a motor protector 15. The junction box 9 is firmly bound to an adjacent plate 8 and, after the windings have been completed, the ends of the magnet wires are introduced into the junction box. Since the position of the junction box is surely defined relatively to the windings 5, the lengths of the ends of the magnet wires can be accurately determined as necessary. The ends of the magnet wires cannot be moved freely any further. Therefore, the possibility of damages to the enamel insulations of the magnet wires can be significantly reduced.</p> |
