PURPOSE: To automatically rearrange images in an electronic reprography system. CONSTITUTION: A document which constitutes a print job is converted to an image, which can be electrically operated by scanning, and this image is stored for generation of print, and the position of the scanned image is shifted to obtain a desired output. This position shift can provide a single-sided cover page with respect to the print job having a double side copying device, and a double-sided output, and a combination of plural sets of documents are formed from a single-sided input without a gap between them. |
