PURPOSE: To provide a medical instrument that is easy to insert into a patient's body and is not easily undone from near a lesion during an operation. CONSTITUTION: A medical instrument has a leading needle 11 having a passage 12 and a tapered end 13 and has a wire guide 14 having a straight part 15 and an end portion 16 previously formed into a predetermined shape, the wire guide being inserted into the passage, the end portion being elastic and having at least half a turn. |
